It can also customize various non-standard and special-shaped bearings according to customer needs and drawings. The company has two independent brands HT and KOTAB, and has established a global marketing network. Factory is located in Linqing city Shandong Province known as “the hometown of Chinese bearing’’. It covers an area of more than 6000 square meters, with more than 100 employees, more than 20 technicians and more than 80 sets of advanced equipments.
It has the integrated production line of forging, turning, grinding and heat treatment. Assembly equipments such as grease aid machine, capping machine, automatic sleeve closing instrument, bearing clearance instrument, and quality testing equipments such as length measuring instrument, roundness instrument, profiler, altimeter and vibration instrument.
The products strictly implement the ISO9001 and TS16949 international quality certification system standards, always adhere to the enterprise concept of "quality first, integrity first". From first piece testing, sampling inspection in production to finished product testing, strictly control product quality.
